I,unfortunately, was not listed in Sculpture 2 until a few days after the class had completed their Styrogami project.
For my cardboard relief (below), I wanted to attempt the design on the flags from my favorite movie, Tangled. My plan, once I have free time between projects, is to paint it the same color scheme of the actual flag, purple and yellow. Overall, I personally believe this relief project went okay. It could be neater and more accurate to the flag, but maybe once I paint it, I will like it more.

For my paper relief, I was really hesitant about doing this due to the fact that you have to be able to successfully fold the project with out any 3D pieces breaking or folding. Knowing this, I completely scratched my plan of creating a star because once folded, it would crumble my 3D pieces. So after already creating my pieces to make a star, I decided to just go completely random with this mini project and have this little paper that kind of looks like a duck face if you look hard enough. Overall, this project was not very successful because I still cannot fold the paper without it squishing the 3D parts.
For my final Mini Relief project, I did a mini tile out of clay. It is a flower with a little bit of design around it. Once fired, I plan on painting the tile. Overall, this tile was pretty successful. The piece looks pretty much exactly what I imagined it would look like and I can't wait to paint it!
